Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and mailed within 5-7 business days.

Shipments will occur Monday through Saturday. In case we’re experiencing a high volume of orders that will cause further delay you will be contacted via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Due to COVID-19 there can be delays in delivery*.

International Shipping Policy

Will ship to Canada, UK, Virgin Islands and HI.

Sara’s Secrets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will not be offered.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your shipping label has been created and shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email.

Damages

Sara’s Secrets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns/Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@shopsarassecrets.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package at that time allow 7-10 days for the exchange to be completed. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you will receive a store credit.
